We welcome in the 2026 harvest with a "Best use by" date of June 2027. It has been a lite to medium harvest with the quality of the Extra Virgin olive Oil being slightly less peppery than the 2025 harvest. The taste is simply wonderful. It gets better and better each year as the trees mature more and more.

Just so you know, I do not pre-bottle the olive oil. Instead, I hold it in stainless steel vats with the air removed and replaced with food grade Co2. The vats are kept in the olivary cellar where it is dark and at an all year around constant cool temperature. I then draw from the vats only the quantity required to fill the daily online orders. This how and why my Extra Virgin Olive Oil is kept fresh all thru the year. Even though Olives New Zealand require a "Best by date" 2-years out from the harvest, I work on a 1-year cycle to be sure that you get the very best Extra Virgin Olive Oil possible. I solemnly believe that it is well worth the effort!

Wishing you good health - Philip
